The Hidden group is useful for listings that should stay out of the way.
During a property search, some homes are easy to rule out. They may be in the wrong location, outside the budget, too small, unsuitable in layout, lacking important features, already dismissed, duplicated across portals, or simply not relevant to the search.
Hiding these properties keeps the active search clearer.
Keep unsuitable properties out of the active search
Hidden properties are not part of the working shortlist.
They are separated from the Inbox, Interesting, Possibilities and Favourites groups so they do not keep appearing while you review better options. This makes it easier to focus on homes that still deserve attention.
If a hidden property becomes relevant again, it can be moved back into an active group. Otherwise, it can remain hidden so the property search stays cleaner and easier to manage.
The Hidden group helps reduce clutter and keeps the main property search focused.
