About the Demo

The Property Bookmarks demo shows how a real property search can be organised when alerts and shared properties are collected in one private workspace.
The demo user is not intended to represent every possible buyer. It is an example property search, based on a clear set of areas, property types and price ranges. The aim is to show how Property Bookmarks works when a buyer is actively looking across several locations and using more than one property portal.

For this demo, property alerts have been created on Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket. A few properties have also been shared manually from those portals. This gives the demo account a mixture of incoming property alert emails and individually saved properties, similar to the way a real buyer might search.

The demo search is focused on houses and bungalows in selected parts of England and Wales. Some searches are local and tightly focused, while others cover wider counties or regions. This helps demonstrate how Property Bookmarks can bring together properties from different searches, portals and locations.

The demo data will change over time as new alerts arrive and more properties are saved or shared. It is there to show the practical idea behind Property Bookmarks: a simple way to collect and organise property searches in one place.
