Reviewing Interesting properties
The Interesting group is useful when a property is not an immediate favourite, but should not be lost.
During a house search, many homes fall into this middle stage. They may be in the right area but need more checking. They may have a good price but need work. They may have land, views, location or character, but also have drawbacks that need to be considered.
Keeping these properties together makes it easier to review them later, compare them with new alerts, and decide which homes deserve more attention.
From interest to shortlist
Interesting properties can be moved as the search becomes clearer.
A property may become a Possibility after further research, a Favourite after discussion or viewing, or be archived if it is no longer suitable. If a listing is clearly wrong for the search, it can be hidden so it does not keep getting in the way.
This helps turn a long stream of alerts and shared listings into a more manageable property shortlist.
