Do I need to install anything?
No. Property Bookmarks works on any web browser on desktop and mobile devices. No app download is required to help you to organise your property search.
Is my Property Bookmarks email address a normal email inbox?
No. Your Property Bookmarks Mail address is for property alerts, shared listings and property-search messages only. It should not be used for personal, financial, legal, medical or general-purpose email.
Is Property Bookmarks an estate agent or property portal?
No. Property Bookmarks is not an estate agent and does not replace property portals or agent websites. It helps you organise the properties, alerts and links you find during your search.
Does Property Bookmarks store property photos?
No. Property Bookmarks displays property images from their original image URLs. It does not download or store the property photos.
Can I share my bookmarked properties with other people?

Yes. The technology should work with most property portals or websites, anywhere.

Are my bookmarks shared publicly?
No. Your bookmarks and property data are private. Only people you explicitly invite to share your workspace can see the listings you have saved.

We have created a typical user and set up typical searches and alerts on the portals.

No. Property Bookmarks is 100% independent, run by a UK individual.
It does not share your information with any other organisation or company.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Property Bookmarks are designed to be used for the duration of your search. You can delete anything and leave when you want.
